McNairy Central is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Tuesday. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 41-37 heartbreaker at the hands of Chester County.

Meanwhile, Jackson North Side waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They had just enough and edged the Hawks out 58-55.

Jackson North Side pushed their record up to 20-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points per game. As for McNairy Central, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.

McNairy Central suffered a grim 68-47 defeat to Jackson North Side in their previous matchup back in January. Can McNairy Central avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
