Basketball Game Preview: Genoa-Kingston Cogs vs. Sandwich Indians + How To Watch

The Genoa-Kingston Cogs will head out on the road to square off against the Sandwich Indians at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Monday, Genoa-Kingston ended up a good deal behind Jefferson and lost 54-39.

Meanwhile, Sandwich was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 67-37 defeat at the hands of Plano. The Indians were down 54-32 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Sandwich's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Genoa-Kingston, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Genoa-Kingston beat Sandwich 50-38 in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cogs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
