Basketball Recap: Grosse Pointe North Gets the Win

Grosse Pointe North won the last time they faced University Liggett and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Norsemen came out on top against the Knights by a score of 61-50. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Norsemen.

Grosse Pointe North's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for University Liggett, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Coming up, Grosse Pointe North will head out to take on Cousino at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Norsemen will be up against the Patriots' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.3 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for University Liggett, they will take on Shrine Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
