Soccer Recap: Crossroads Christian Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lee Christian on Thursday, Crossroads Christian came back down to earth. The Colts came up short against The Burlington School on Friday, falling 9-2. The defeat continues a trend for Crossroads Christian in their meetings with The Burlington School: they've now lost eight in a row.

Crossroads Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-5-1. As for The Burlington School, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-7.

Crossroads Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for The Burlington School, they will head out to face off against St. Thomas More Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
