Volleyball Recap: Crested Butte Takes a Loss

Crested Butte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Del Norte Tigers. Considering the last time the Titans couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20, 25-16.

Crested Butte now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Del Norte, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Crested Butte will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sanford at 12:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Del Norte, they will head out to square off against Sangre de Cristo at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
