Volleyball Recap: Lake Central Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

Lake Central won the last time they faced Michigan City and things went their way on Thursday too. The Indians walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wolves. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Lake Central had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-22, 25-16, 25-14.

Danny Smith paced Lake Central's offense, picking up ten kills. Smith got some help from Brady Cook and his 17 assists. Smith also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Paul Hilvert, racking up three apiece.
