Volleyball Recap: Middletown Christian Takes a Loss

The Middletown Christian Eagles lost 3-0 to the Reading Blue Devils on Monday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The final score came out to 29-27, 25-22, 26-24.

Middletown Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Reading, their win bumped their record up to 3-10.

Coming up, Middletown Christian will take on Legacy Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. Reading has already played their next matchup (against Taylor), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
