Basketball Game Preview: Idea Timberwolves vs. E.L. Haynes + How To Watch

The Idea Timberwolves will head out on the road to take on E.L. Haynes at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Idea and six for E.L. Haynes dating back to last season.

Idea is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Digital Pioneers Academy on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Idea's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Sean Baltimore, who went 7-for-13 from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and three steals, and Tobias Hammett, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Baltimore is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last four games he's played.

E.L. Haynes played against Thurgood Marshall Academy on Monday and lost via forfeit.

E.L. Haynes' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Idea, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Idea came up short against E.L. Haynes in their previous matchup back in January, falling 64-60. Can the Timberwolves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
