St. Albans won the last time they faced Wayne and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Red Dragons came out on top against the Pioneers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Dragons.

St. Albans easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-16.

Sophia Eary paced St. Albans' offense, picking up eight kills. Eary got some help from Ellah Smith and her ten assists. Finally, Eary was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

St. Albans' victory bumped their record up to 22-14. As for Wayne, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-25-1 record this season.

St. Albans wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Sissonville on the 21st. As for Wayne, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Charleston Catholic on the 23rd.
