Soccer Game Preview: Nevada vs. Perry

Nevada is a perfect 3-0 against Perry since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Cubs will host the Bluejays at 7:00 p.m.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Nevada turned things around against Dike-New Hartford on Friday. They and the Wolverines finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw. The result was nothing new for Nevada as the team haven't won a game since April 15th.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Perry). They never let West Marshall get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Perry considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Perry now has a winning record of 4-3-2. With that draw, Nevada's record moves to 6-4-2.

Everything went Nevada's way against Perry when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Nevada made off with a 10-0 win. Will the Cubs repeat their success, or do the Bluejays have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
