While More's victory against Summit Shasta wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Knights skirted past the Black Bears 3-1. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Sean Selway spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up ten Ks. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because More is 4-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 6-7 otherwise.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Quentin Vogel, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Zep Cortese was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

More's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-8. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.5 runs. As for Summit Shasta, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 9-9.

More will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Black Bears: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
