Softball Recap: Cameron Takes a Loss

Cameron managed to slip by Trinity Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Cameron lost 14-6 to Trinity Christian on Friday. The Dragons' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Kendra Thomas made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4. Bailey Long also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen bases of the season.

Cameron's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. Trinity Christian has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Cameron will challenge Frontier at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Trinity Christian, they will be playing at home against Bridgeport at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
