Soccer Recap: Gustine Comes Up Short

Gustine lost against Orestimba back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Gustine Reds lost 7-4 to the Orestimba Warriors. The Reds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

They hit Orestimba with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Eric Mora (2), Noah Mendoza, and Jordy Hernandez.

Gustine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Orestimba, their win bumped their record up to 2-3-1.

Gustine wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 6-1 victory against Mariposa County on the 9th. As for Orestimba, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Bradshaw Christian on the 6th.
