Softball Recap: Spanish Fort Toros vs. Park Crossing Thunderbirds
In what's become a running theme this season, Spanish Fort gave their fans yet another huge victory on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 16-1 margin over the Park Crossing Thunderbirds. The win was nothing new for Spanish Fort as they're now sitting on four straight.
Jayla Harris made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Harris has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive pitching appearances. Harris was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-1.
