Meanwhile, Dawson School came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Hawks.

Dawson School pushed their record up to 6-1-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those three contests. As for Rocky Mountain Lutheran, their win bumped their record up to 2-4-4.
