Basketball Recap: Fort Worth THESA Takes a Loss

Fort Worth THESA was the 71-54 winner over Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool when they last played one another back in November of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Riders fell 78-70 to the Warriors on Friday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Thursday (68), the Riders still had to take the loss.

Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ikey White, who posted 20 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Timothy Jones, who put up 18 points.

Fort Worth THESA's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 16-10. As for Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-9.

Looking ahead, Fort Worth THESA will square off against Fort Worth Country Day at 2:30 p.m. on the 31st. Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
