After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Topeka, Washington was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Schlagle Stallions 18-8. With that victory, the Wildcats brought their scoring average up to 6.8 runs per game.

The win snapped Washington's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-8 record. As for Schlagle, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Washington will head out to take on Olathe East at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Schlagle, they will take on Harmon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
