Kyla Cruz, Pueblo South's leading scorer, solidified her role on Saturday. Cruz almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards, good enough to set a new career-high in points in the process. We rated that as her best performance of the season, easily topping her previous best, set on December 6th, 2024, when she posted five points and three steals (Gamescore: 11.4 vs. 6.3).

Cruz and Pueblo South will challenge Pueblo Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
