Basketball Recap: Ada-Borup Piles Up the Points Against Clearbrook-Gonvick

There's no place like home for Ada-Borup, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They breezed past the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears to the tune of 83-45 on Thursday. With the Cougars ahead 47-21 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Anders Tinjum had a dynamite game, shooting 56% from the field en route to 23 points. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Gilbertson, who went 7-for-8 to rack up 15 points.

Ada-Borup smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since the start of last season.

Ada-Borup's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Clearbrook-Gonvick, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
