Volleyball Recap: Millard Beats North Sevier for Their Third Straight Win

Millard waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the North Sevier Wolves. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-0 win back in September.

Millard was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17, 18-25, 25-17.

Olivia Bassett paced Millard's offense, picking up 29 kills. Bassett got some help from Eden Rasmussen and her 38 assists. Eliza Larsen controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Millard's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for North Sevier, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Millard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Sevier, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Richfield on the 10th.
