Volleyball Recap: Roseland Collegiate Prep Takes a Loss

Roseland Collegiate Prep lost against Sonoma Academy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Grizzlies lost 3-0 to the Coyotes. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Roseland Collegiate Prep was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Sonoma Academy's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-15, 25-17.

Roseland Collegiate Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Sonoma Academy, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Roseland Collegiate Prep is set to square off against their familiar foe Willits at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Sonoma Academy will face off against rival Calistoga at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
