The match pitted two dominant guards against one another in Xander Gerard and Dior Johnson. Gerard had a great game and went 7 of 9 on his way to 18 points in addition to eight rebounds and seven assists. Meanwhile, Johnson did his best for the losing side, going 5 for 12 on his way to 12 points and three steals.

Meanwhile, Coral Springs had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Cougars 74-31. The Colts is also no stranger to big wins: their blowout was the three game they've won by 20+ points or more this season.

Coral Springs' victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Saint Andrew's, their win bumped their record up to 11-1.
