Volleyball Recap: Dublin Jerome Now 7-2 over Last Nine Games

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Dublin Jerome walked away with it. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Upper Arlington Golden Bears on Friday, sneaking past 3-2. That's more bragging rights for the Celtics, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why Upper Arlington lost, don't look at Ari Bohrer. Despite the final result, he had 37 digs and two assists.

Dublin Jerome has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season. As for Upper Arlington, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-8.

Coming up, Dublin Jerome will face off against Hilliard Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Celtics surely won't give up without a fight. Upper Arlington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
