Skagway's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-2. As for Kake, their victory ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-4.

Skagway will take on Hydaburg on Sunday. Skagway's defense has only allowed 25.4 points per game this season, so Hydaburg's offense will have their work cut out for them. Kake does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
