Volleyball Game Preview: Catalina Trojans vs. Palo Verde Titans

The Catalina Trojans will challenge the Palo Verde Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Catalina lost 3-0 to Empire on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Palo Verde was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against The Gregory School, falling 3-0.

Palo Verde was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made The Gregory School work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-15, 25-6.

Catalina's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Palo Verde, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
