St. Joseph-Ogden entered their tilt with Argenta-Oreana on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bombers, sneaking past 6-4. That's two games straight that the Spartans have won by exactly two runs.

St. Joseph-Ogden's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-11. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Argenta-Oreana, they moved to 16-11-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, St. Joseph-Ogden and Argenta-Oreana will both be playing Bishop McNamara the next time they take the field. The Bombers will head out to face the Fightin' Irish at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Spartans will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
