Westside had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Southside on Thursday. The Warriors blew past the Southerners 3-0. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Southerners recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Westside not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Southside between 15 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-15, 25-16.

Kirby Conrad paced Westside's offense, picking up 14 kills. Conrad got some help from Mattyx Cureton and her 31 assists. Cureton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Westside's victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Looking ahead, Westside will challenge Wynne at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Southside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
