Woodlawn-B.R. barely beat White Castle the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp  21-7 victory on Thursday. Considering the Panthers have won eight games by more than nine  runs this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
Woodlawn-B.R. got a  massive  performance out of  Santana James, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brooklyn Potter, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3.
 Woodlawn-B.R.  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .667. The last time their  OBP was this high was  back in March.
Woodlawn-B.R.'s win  ended  a  four-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 9-8. As for White Castle, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodlawn-B.R. will venture away from home to  square off against St. Michael  at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for White Castle, they will square off against East Iberville at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Bulldogs are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
