Hays won the last time they faced Chapman and things went their way on Thursday too. The Indians came out on top against the Irish by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Hays easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-14.

Zoe Winter paced Hays' offense, picking up seven kills. Winter got some help from Brooke Bieker and her 12 assists. Parker Unruh controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Hays' victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Chapman, with the defeat, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 10-13.

Hays wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Phillipsburg on the 25th. As for Chapman, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Concordia on the 30th.
