The Roybal Titans will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Fremont Pathfinders at 10:00 a.m. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Roybal can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent game on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Contreras as Roybal made off with a 12-3 win. The victory was just what Roybal needed coming off of an 8-0 loss in their prior contest.

Albert Chavez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. Chavez was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring four runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played.

In other batting news, Roybal let Gael Rocco Gudino and Bryan Zamora loose on the outfield. Gudino scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances, while Zamora scored two runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Felipe Alba, who went 3-for-5 with three RBI.

Meanwhile, Fremont got themselves on the board against Jefferson on Monday, but Jefferson never followed suit. They had just enough and edged the Democrats out 1-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for Fremont.

At the plate, Fremont's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Isaiah Velez, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Roybal is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Fremont, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
