Volleyball Recap: Parkland Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Parkland suffered their biggest loss since October 14, 2024 on Wednesday. They came up short against the Page Pirates, falling 3-0. The Mustangs' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-14, 25-7.

Eva Venturi paced Parkland's offense, picking up four kills. Venturi got some help from Kie'Erra Quincy and her four assists. Finally, Venturi was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Parkland's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Page, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Parkland will venture away from home to challenge Atkins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Page, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Dudley on the 28th.
