After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Deer Valley, Pittsburg was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Antioch Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won seven in a row.

Pittsburg walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-20, 25-21.

Pittsburg had a senior duo take command as Angel Garcia had 19 assists and Angel Lozano De La Cruz had 17 assists and five digs. Jermanie Earnest also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.
