Baseball Game Preview: Rockvale vs. Beech Buccaneers

Rockvale will be taking part in a tournament against the Beech Buccaneers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Rockvale didn't have quite enough to beat Coffee County Central and fell 6-5.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 14 runs the game before, Beech was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They fell just short of Stewarts Creek by a score of 3-2.

Beech saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaden Powell, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. TJ Abrams also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Beech's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Rockvale, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1.
