Foothill extended their winning streak to six on Tuesday, bumping them up to 6-15. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 20-19 W against the Arvin Bears. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Bears back in March, they had to take a 15-3 defeat.

The team relied heavily on Julia Morales, who went a perfect 6-for-6 with five runs, two doubles, and one triple. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.1 runs per game. Another player making a difference was Jassive Chavez, who went 5-for-6 with two runs and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Foothill kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 26 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 16 hits in seven consecutive games.

As for Arvin, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11. On the bright side, the 19- run effort marked their highest-scoring contest to date.

On Arvin's side, Julissa Vazquez was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-6 with six RBI, three runs, and two doubles. Jalynn Bautista was another key player, going 2-for-5 with four RBI, one run, and one double.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Arvin beat Foothill by a score of 18-11 on Thursday.
