Volleyball Recap: Allatoona Snags 25th Win in Last 28 Games + How To Watch

Allatoona had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Jackson Jaguars on Tuesday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Allatoona took every set by at least 14 points. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-8, 25-8.

Their offense was headlined by Madi Heard and Ella Glassmeyer, who picked up 12 kills apiece. They got some help from Lk Lamonica and her 35 assists. Ashlyn Jones controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Allatoona has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 25 of their last 28 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 35-10 record this season. As for Jackson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-12.

Looking ahead, Allatoona will square off against Perry at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Jackson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
