Paydon Rinkol Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 On Friday, Twin River got the W thanks in part to  Paydon Rinkol playing the best football he has all season. Rinkol rushed for 289 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 18.1 yards per carry, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  he has now  rushed for 146 or more in the last eight games he's  played dating back to last season.
 Unfortunately for Madison, this isn't the first big game they've seen from  Rinkol. Back in October of 2023 (the last time  Rinkol saw the Dragons), he rushed for 257 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Another Game with at Least Two  Rushing Touchdowns from  Cameron Hlavac
 David City was led to victory by  Cameron Hlavac, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Hlavac wasn't messing around, rushing for 78 yards and four touchdowns on only nine carries, while also throwing for 181 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. The  contest was his third straight with two or   more rushing touchdowns.
 Hlavac and David City will head out to  challenge Clarkson/Leigh  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Hlavac will face off against  Wyatt Crosley, the Patriots' star signal caller. So who wins this QB-duel? There's only one way to know for sure.

Rodriguez Made His Presence Known in Twin River's  54-8 Victory
  Colsten Rodriguez posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Twin River's success: when he posts  at  least two  rushing touchdowns the team is 3-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
 For the year,  Rodriguez  has averaged 55.7 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 2.39  passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 77.23  passer rating.

David City Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to  Reese Svoboda
  Reese Svoboda was instrumental in extending David City's winning streak to seven on Friday. Humphrey-Lindsay had no answer to  Svoboda  as he rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, and also picked up 37 receiving yards and a touchdown. Svoboda got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 65 yards.
 Svoboda and David City will face off against Clarkson/Leigh at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The  game will pit Svoboda up against  the Patriots' star quarterback  Wyatt Crosley. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

 Clarkson/Leigh picked up their fourth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Jeryn Struebing. Struebing was dynamite, rushing for 97 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 59 yards.
 Clarkson/Leigh's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 4-3. Struebing will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on David City on Friday.
