Assumption extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Ashlinn James. The Assumption Rockets blew past the Male Bulldogs, posting a 79-23 victory for which the team can thank James, who posted 12 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. James is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Another player making a difference was Bailee Duck, who shot 63% from the field on her way to 15 points. The last time her shooting accuracy was this high was back in January.

Assumption's record is now 22-5. As for Male, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season.

Assumption will square off against Central at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Assumption knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Central likes a good challenge. As for Male, they will face off against Ballard at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
