Basketball Recap: Oskaloosa Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Valley Falls, Oskaloosa was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They took down the Atchison County Tigers 53-39. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 66-33 last Friday.

Oskaloosa found their leader in sophomore Derrick Harvey, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. Harvey is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games he's played. Carter Boyd was another key player, putting up ten points and six rebounds.
