Volleyball Game Preview: Ingomar Falcons vs. Myrtle Hawks

The Ingomar Falcons will venture away from home to take on the Myrtle Hawks at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Ingomar will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak.

Ingomar won the last time they faced Okolona and Daylen Grisham did her part to make sure it happened again. The Falcons put the hurt on the Chieftains with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday for which the team can thank Grisham, who had five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ingomar took every set by at least 18 points. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-7, 25-6.

Meanwhile, Myrtle got the win against Strayhorn on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.

Ingomar's victory bumped their record up to 25-4-1. As for Myrtle, their win bumped their record up to 7-15-1.

Ingomar beat Myrtle 2-0 when the teams last played back in August. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Hawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
