Basketball Game Preview: Twin Valley Panthers vs. Richlands Blue Tornado

Twin Valley is 0-10 against Richlands since December of 2017 but things could change on Thursday. The Twin Valley Panthers will welcome the Richlands Blue Tornado at 7:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Tuesday, Twin Valley didn't have quite enough to beat Holston and fell 49-47. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Richlands came up short against Ridgeview on Friday, falling 70-47. The Blue Tornado haven't had much luck with the Wolfpack recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Richlands now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Twin Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Twin Valley took a serious blow against Richlands in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, falling 64-32. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Twin Valley was down 43-16.
