Volleyball Recap: Crete Cardinals vs. Aurora Huskies
Crete was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aurora Huskies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cardinals of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2022.
The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18.
Crete's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Aurora, the victory snapped their losing streak at eight games and leaves them with a 4-18 record.
Crete will take on York at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Aurora, they will head out to take on Lexington on Tuesday.
