Malden has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 16. They and the Everett Crimson Tide finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Thursday. While a more conclusive result would've been nice, Malden got plenty of practice considering the match was the highest-scoring draw the team's played all season.

Malden's draw gives them a new season record of 3-4-4. As for Everett, they moved theirs to 4-5-5.

Looking ahead, Malden is taking a road trip to square off against Lowell at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Lowell will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Malden surely won't give up without a fight. As for Everett, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Chelsea at 4:15 p.m.
