Baseball Recap: Caldwell Academy Takes a Loss

Caldwell Academy's last matchup with Richmond could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Saturday. The Eagles lost 10-0 to the Raiders. The Eagles' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Caldwell Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Richmond, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Caldwell Academy will be taking part in a tournament against Providence Day at 4:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Richmond, they will face off against Triton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
