Volleyball Recap: Orchard Farm Comes Up Short

Orchard Farm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Eureka Wildcats.

Eureka found their leader in sophomore Carter Canby, who had five aces and one assist. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Canby.

Orchard Farm's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Eureka, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-1.

Coming up, Orchard Farm will be playing in front of their home fans against Fort Zumwalt East at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Eureka, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Westminster Christian on the 11th.
