Meanwhile, after a string of seven wins, Bishop Ward's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 55-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bishop Seabury Academy.
Maranatha Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Bishop Ward, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-6.
Maranatha Christian Academy came up short against the Cyclones in their previous matchup back in January, falling 53-41. Can Maranatha Christian Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
