Baseball Recap: Mcewen Has No Trouble Against Kenwood

McEwen let Kenwood stack seven runs on them in the sixth inning on Thursday but luckily McEwen prevailed anyway. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 14-8 margin over the Knights.

McEwen's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Kenwood, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McEwen will challenge Waverly Central at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kenwood, they will head out to challenge Fort Campbell at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.29 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of.
