When it comes to explaining why Arts & Tech lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jordan Hardiman . Despite the final result, he scored 14 points. The contest was Hardiman 's third in a row with at least ten points. Da'veon Hall was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Arts & Tech has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for University Prep Science & Math, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arts & Tech will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Detroit Community at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th. As for University Prep Science & Math, they will head out on the road to face off against Henry Ford Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
