Volleyball Recap: Make It Seven in a Row for Kelly Walsh

Kelly Walsh faced Green River in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Trojans blew past the Wolves 3-0. The win was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won seven contests in a row.

Kelly Walsh was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-18, 25-21.

Kelly Walsh got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Gia Ireland out in front who had 16 assists and seven digs. Noa Hodgin was another key player, getting 14 assists.
