Frontier barely beat Clinton Central the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Falcons' pitchers stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 10-0 shutout on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won seven games by six runs or more so far this season.

Frontier is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Clinton Central, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frontier will face off against Knox at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Clinton Central, they will head out to face off against Carroll at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
