Soccer Recap: Pikeville's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

After flying high against Shelby Valley on Monday, Pikeville came back down to earth. The Panthers lost 8-0 to the Oneida Baptist Institute Mountaineers on Saturday. The loss was Pikeville's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Pikeville fell to 4-1-2. As for Oneida Baptist Institute, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coming up, Pikeville will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Paintsville at 8:00 p.m. As for Oneida Baptist Institute, they will challenge Madison Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
